2. Program description

Mii2 IT Solutions and Design uses SMS text messaging for two purposes only:

  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA/2FA) one-time passcodes sent to verify your identity when accessing accounts and systems we manage for you.
  • Customer care and support correspondence relating to service requests you have initiated, including ticket acknowledgements, status updates, technician scheduling, and security alerts about account activity on systems we administer.

This is not a marketing program. We do not send promotional, advertising, or affiliate-marketing text messages, and we do not perform lead generation.

3. How to opt in

You may enroll by checking the SMS Sign-Up Agreement box in your Mii2 IT Solutions and Design service agreement, by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form at https://mii2td.com/contact/, or by texting our support line at 908-444-6442.
